Absolutely not! This nutrition coaching is tailored towards your goals and preferences. We can focus on body composition, emotional eating, food freedom, reducing symptoms, getting stronger or all of the above!

It’s up to you! In our initial consultation, we discuss the pros and cons of different methods and you get to choose which one works the best for you.

Yes, the minimum period is 12 weeks so we have time to get to know each other, implement the strategies, adjust as needed and see results!

It’s $90 per week and billed monthly.
