  • Initial Consultation

  • Practical Strategies to help with hunger, cravings, body composition etc

  • Meal Ideas (Meal Composition & Timing) and/or Calorie and Macronutrient Recommendations

  • Weekly Email Check-ins

  • You fill out a Google form every Sunday/Monday updating me on your progress and with any additional questions.

  • Upload any information you want reviewed e.g. training updates, food diary (screenshots of tracking app), food pictures, body composition measures etc

  • Receive an email from me with strategies and support to keep you consistent!

  • Monthly Review Consultation

  • Review and refine the plan

  • Supplement Recommendations 

  • Plan for upcoming competitions/ events e.g. Making weight, competition day nutrition

  • Absolutely not! This nutrition coaching is tailored towards your goals and preferences. We can focus on body composition, emotional eating, food freedom, reducing symptoms, getting stronger or all of the above!

  • It’s up to you! In our initial consultation, we discuss the pros and cons of different methods and you get to choose which one works the best for you.

  • Yes, the minimum period is 12 weeks so we have time to get to know each other, implement the strategies, adjust as needed and see results!

  • It’s $90 per week and billed monthly.

  • Also, yes! If you’re eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan or Eating Disorder Plan, you may receive a rebate.

    If your healthcare fund covers dietetics, I can provide you with an invoice to receive your rebate.
